Imgele provides tools for browsing visual styles and creating AI-generated images. This policy applies when you visit imgele.com, create an account, upload references, generate images, manage credits, or contact us.
By using the service, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described here. Where consent is required, we request it separately.
2. Information we collect
We collect the information needed to provide and secure the service.
- Mobile number, OTP verification records, and—when used—Google account identifier, name, email, and verification status.
- Reference images, generated outputs, selected style, aspect ratio, generation status, and technical request metadata.
- IP address, browser and device information, session cookies, timestamps, security events, credit history, and purchase records when payments are enabled.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, process image generations, maintain credits, deliver private outputs, prevent duplicate charges, provide support, detect abuse, secure the platform, comply with law, and improve reliability.
4. AI processing and your images
Reference images and generation instructions are sent to our configured AI provider, currently OpenAI, so your requested image can be created.
Only required inputs are sent. Hidden style instructions are combined on the server and are not intentionally exposed in the browser. Do not upload content unless you have permission to use it for AI processing.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money or make private uploads public.
- AI providers for generation requests.
- Authentication, OTP, hosting, storage, security, backup, and payment providers when enabled.
- Authorities or successors where reasonably necessary for law, safety, fraud prevention, or a business transfer.
6. Data retention
Uploaded reference files are scheduled for deletion after approximately 30 days and generated outputs after approximately 90 days. Deletion jobs may not run at the exact deadline.
Generation, credit, payment, provider, security, and audit records may be retained longer for account history, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, and legal compliance.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. Contact support@imgele.com; we may verify your identity before completing a request.
Essential session, CSRF, authentication, and security cookies are required for the service to work.
8. Security and international processing
We use HTTPS, access controls, private media delivery, server-side credentials, request validation, and security logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in other countries under applicable safeguards.
9. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13. Users must also meet the minimum digital-consent age in their country. Contact us if a child provided information improperly.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the service, providers, or law changes. We will publish the revised version and update its effective date.
