1. Overview
CanvasMuse (also referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tools for browsing visual styles and creating AI-generated images. This policy applies when you visit imgele.com, create an account, upload reference images, generate images, manage credits, or contact us.
By using the service, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described here. Where consent is required by law, we will request it separately.
2. Information we collect
Account and identity information
- Your mobile number and one-time-code verification records.
- If Google sign-in is enabled and you use it: your Google account identifier, name, email address, and verification status.
- Account status, administrator roles, credit balance, and transaction history.
Content and generation information
- Reference images you upload and the generated images returned to you.
- Your selected style, aspect ratio, generation status, and technical request metadata.
- Provider request identifiers, error categories, processing duration, and related operational logs.
Device and usage information
We may collect IP address, browser and device information, session and security-cookie data, timestamps, pages requested, and security or audit events. We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation, microphone, or camera data through the website.
Payment information
If paid credit purchases are enabled, we may store purchase amount, currency, status, package, and payment-provider reference. Payment-card details should be collected directly by the payment provider and not stored by CanvasMuse.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide and personalize the service, process image generations, maintain credit balances, deliver private outputs, prevent duplicate charges, provide support, enforce our terms, detect abuse, secure the platform, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.
Depending on where you live, our legal bases may include performing our contract with you, your consent, compliance with law, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. You may withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis, without affecting earlier processing.
4. AI processing and your images
Important: reference images and generation instructions are sent to our configured AI image provider, currently OpenAI, so the requested image can be created.
Only the inputs needed for a generation are sent. CanvasMuse’s hidden style instructions are combined with your choices on the server and are not intentionally exposed in the browser. The AI provider processes submitted data under its applicable service terms, privacy commitments, and our account configuration.
Do not upload images or personal information unless you have the right and authority to use them for AI processing. Avoid uploading government identifiers, financial records, health records, intimate content, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
6. Data retention
Under the platform’s current configuration, uploaded reference-image files are scheduled for deletion after approximately 30 days, and generated output files after approximately 90 days. Administrators may change these periods for operational or legal reasons, and deletion jobs may not run instantly at the exact deadline.
Generation records, style associations, statuses, credit-ledger entries, payment records, provider metadata, security events, and audit logs may be kept longer where needed for account history, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial records, legal compliance, and service integrity. OTP requests expire quickly, although limited security records may be retained for abuse prevention.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; and complain to a data-protection authority. Some information may be retained when required by law or necessary for security, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal claims.
You can delete individual generations through your account where that control is available. To request account deletion or exercise another privacy right, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
You can control cookies through your browser. Essential session, CSRF-protection, authentication, and security cookies are necessary for the service to function.
8. Security and international processing
We use measures designed to protect information, including HTTPS, access controls, private media delivery, server-side credential storage, request validation, and security logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
9. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and users must also meet the minimum digital-consent age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who cannot legally consent. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information improperly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. We will provide additional notice when required for material changes.
11. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email support@imgele.com. Please do not send sensitive images or identity documents by email unless we specifically request them through a secure process.
