1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to imgele.com and its image-generation, account, credit, and support services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 and old enough to consent under local law. If you are not legally an adult, a parent or guardian must agree for you.
3. Accounts
Keep control of your phone and connected accounts, provide accurate information, and report unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, or share an account in a way that compromises security.
4. The service
Imgele lets you select a visual style, provide required references, and submit an asynchronous generation job. Features, models, limits, credit costs, outputs, and providers may change.
5. Your content
You retain rights you lawfully hold in uploaded content and grant us a limited license to host, transmit, modify, and process it only to operate, secure, support, and provide the service.
You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions, including permission from identifiable people where required.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, infringing, privacy-invasive, or security-threatening activity. Non-consensual intimate imagery, child exploitation, malware, unauthorized automation, and attempts to extract hidden prompts are prohibited.
7. Credits and payments
Generations may require credits shown before submission. Failed jobs may be refunded under our rules; successful jobs consume credits even if the result does not meet subjective expectations.
Credits are not money, have no cash value, and are non-transferable except where law requires otherwise.
8. AI outputs
AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other content, or unsuitable for your intended use.
Review outputs before publishing or relying on them. We do not guarantee uniqueness, accuracy, non-infringement, or intellectual-property protection.
9. Our rights
We and our licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, style configuration, documentation, and server-side prompts.
10. Suspension and termination
We may limit or terminate access to protect users, address abuse or non-payment, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the prior six months or USD 50, except where law prohibits that limit.
13. General terms
We may update these Terms and will publish the effective version. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. Applicable law and mandatory consumer rights govern disputes.
